Where is your woodshop?

We are located in beautiful Baysville, Ontario. 20 minutes from Huntsville and 20 minutes from Bracebridge.

What if I don’t see the size I’m looking for?

Send us an email and we can get you pricing! Although we have many options on the website, not all sizes can be listed. We can make most sizes of both frames and artist panels, so just let us know what you’re looking for.

Can you make custom frames?

Yes. If you’d prefer a frame that is shallower than 2”, or with a smaller float gap (space between canvas and frame) we can make something custom for you. Have a completely different idea? Let us know! Custom orders may come with a small surcharge, depending on the specifics of the order.

What is your pick-up / shipping policy?

Local Pick-up or Delivery

All orders can be picked up!

Most Muskoka area orders have a flat rate delivery charge of $15, and will be delivered by us.

Canada Wide Shipping

Shipping to any address in Canada has a flat rate of $35.

Please Note: Should your order cost more for us to ship, we may contact you to let you know the additional shipping cost. If at that point you decide not to continue with your order, it will be fully refunded. Shipping costs depend entirely on your location and the size/weight of your order. Please contact us for more information.

International Shipping

Please contact us for shipping rates outside of Canada.

Will all my frames be identical to each other?

Working with real wood means that all frames will vary slightly. They may have different grain patterns, slight colour differences or possibly some small knots. Our frames are also made by hand, and although we aim for consistency, there may be very slight variations introduced during the process.

What if my frame arrived damaged?

This happens. Frames can be relatively fragile and couriers don’t always treat them carefully. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item, and we will be sure to replace it for you.

Can I stop in to take a look at what you do?

We love visitors! But we also work from our home property and have a hectic schedule, so if you’d like to come by, please email us to schedule an appointment. We’d be happy to accommodate you!
